General rental conditions

·      The owner guarantees the accuracy of the above description of the rented property. In case of errors and defects, the owner must be informed as soon as possible after arrival, so that the owner can take care of this.

·      The owner assumes no responsibility for resulting damage, but will ensure that the damage is repaired as soon as possible after the notification.

·      When moving out, both the rental unit and the furniture must be handed over in the same tidy condition as when taken over. Possible extra cleaning can be done at the renter’s expense if he or she has not obtained the owner’s approval before departure.

All prices stated in the Campinggården Boeslunde online booking system are, like everywhere else on the website, stated in Danish kroner including VAT and all surcharges unless stated otherwise.
Payments are made by using one of the approved payment cards/credit cards in online booking, including Dankort, Visa, Mastercard, and Diners.

Information about transacting on the Internet
You can safely shop on the Internet through our online booking system. As a consumer, you are protected in relation to any misuse of your credit card online, therefore there is no deductible for misuse of your payment card via the Internet. Shipping and delivery
When booking and paying for a cabin, a rental tent, a pitch for your own tent, or a place for your own caravan, you will be presented with a contract from Campinggården Boeslunde with the accounts of your purchase. The contract is sent via email immediately after the purchase, if the correct email address is provided by the buyer.
Delivery of the ordered product takes place on arrival at Campinggården Boeslunde on the day of arrival (and ends on departure on the day of departure). Both of these times are stated in the above contract.

Right of cancellation and refund
You have the option to cancel your booking on the following terms:

  • Cancellation insurance - security in case of illness
  • We recommend that you account for cancellation insurance. It costs 200 kr. and covers cancellation (illness) up to 1 day before arrival. If canceled up to 1 day before the date of arrival (before 12:00), the amount paid will be returned. Reimbursement is made by submitting documentation in the form of a doctor's statement.
  • If canceled more than 30 days before arrival, the full package price will be reimbursed, however, 500 kr. will be deducted from the administration fee.
  • If canceled between 30 days and 14 days before arrival, 50% of the stay will be refunded.
  • If canceled less than 14 days before arrival, no refund will be given.                                                                                       
  •  At the commencement of the holiday the booked period is binding and cannot be transferred to others.


Registration of information
Campinggården Boeslunde registers your name, address, email and other information provided in connection with the purchase in its customer records. The information is not passed on, but Campinggården Boeslunde retains the registration for 5 years.
Campinggården Boeslunde uses server cookies and a secure connection to protect the information you provide on the site.
When paying by credit card, the registration is done via a secure server, where the information is encrypted before it is sent over the Internet.

Treatment of complaints
If for any reason you do not receive your contract confirming your purchase and you have not received an error message from the system, you can write to the address or telephone number below.
Complaints about the booking process, the booking itself or the product (the stay) must be made within a reasonable time after you have discovered the error or should have discovered the error by general review of your contract. You can complain in writing or verbal.
When Campinggården Boeslunde receives your complaint about an item, the complaint will be processed as soon as possible. Campinggården Boeslunde will decide whether the received item should be refunded, exchanged or whether a price reduction should be given.
