Rules on site

There must be room for everyone at Boeslunde Camping. We therefore ask you to read and comply with the following rules of behaviour so that everyone can have a positive stay.
At a campsite, there are many people in a limited space. They have different habits, which is part of the charm of camping. But it also means that a few simple rules are needed to avoid some campers being a nuisance to others.

Charging an electric car

Charging electric cars on site is strictly prohibited! According to the safety authorities, it can set fire to the power grid and endanger the lives of others. Violation of this rule will result in a fine of DKK 1000.

Stay on site

The camp manager and staff are responsible for maintaining order and are available if problems arise.

The Camp Director's instructions must always be followed.

Please show consideration to other campers and be aware that noisy behaviour is not allowed. The campsite must be quiet between 23:00 and 07:00.

During your stay, all driving must be limited to what is necessary, and this necessary driving must always be done at walking pace (less than 10 km/h). During the winter months, no cars may be driven on the grass. A sign will be erected at the barrier when it comes into force.

The use of weapons and fireworks of any kind is prohibited on site.

Trading on the campsite is only allowed after authorisation from the camp manager.

Shared facilities, i.e. toilets, laundry rooms, kitchen etc. must be left clean and tidy after use.

The waste bins provided on site must always be used.

Car washes are not allowed on site.

All day guests/overnight guests must check in at reception and pay according to the applicable tariff.

Waste handling on site

We sort waste. Containers are located outside the boom facility (behind the yellow barn) and just inside the boom facility. Instructions can be found by the containers and on the board opposite the reception. All cardboard must be consolidated.

It is received not Bulky waste, such as carpets and tarpaulins etc. The campsite does not accept electrical appliances such as lamps, kitchen appliances etc. Hazardous waste such as Zipro cans are not accepted. These must be disposed of yourself. The waste area is monitored by video surveillance.

Play and ball games

The campsite has its own playground and ball field. Help your children find the areas where they can play or play ball. Ball games and rough play are not allowed between tents and caravans.

Pool area

When staying in the pool area, please be considerate of other guests.

Entrance to the pool is through the designated spaces. Washing with soap and water is required before using the pool.

Children under 13 are only allowed in the pool area under adult supervision.

Photos of other guests in the pool area are not allowed without prior agreement.

Diving into the pool is prohibited.

Glass and glass bottles are not allowed in the pool area.

Dogs

Dogs have access to the site. They must be kept on a short lead. They must not make unnecessary noise and must be walked outside the site area or in a designated area. Always have a plastic bag with you in case of an accident. Feel free to use the dog park.

Departure

You must inform the camp manager of your departure time as far in advance as possible.

Departure time from the campsite is 12:00. Check out before 11.00 am

Responsibility

The camp manager accepts no liability for damage to or loss of campers' belongings. Anyone who damages buildings, equipment or belongings of fellow campers may be held liable according to the general rules of compensation.

Violation of the site rules may result in expulsion.

Nature and environment

Show consideration and care for both nature and the environment - both depend on your protection.

Seasonal pitches

Only regular tents and caravan awnings may be used. Standby tents are only allowed in Ringgade. Caravans must be mobile, i.e. registered for driving according to the Danish Road Traffic Act or have green ID licence plates with a valid year mark.

Placement of the cart on the unit must be at least 1.5 metres from the number post. 1 metre from the hedge. The trailer must not be placed with the back facing the road. A solid floor may be laid under the tent. Small stairs may be set up when you are present.

You are responsible for mowing the grass and cutting the hedge on your own unit and for the unit looking neat and tidy. Tables, chairs, benches, etc. must be put away on departure according to the fire authorities.

Pavilions and non-original overhangs are not allowed unless otherwise agreed with the Camp Director.

It is permitted to set up a storage tent of approx. 3 m² according to the camp manager's instructions.

The standard commercial awnings may be erected - private fencing of the unit area beyond this is not permitted. Small dog fences may be set up when you are present. Dog fences must be removed when leaving the unit.

Mobile Flagpoles may only be set up when you are present and only so that they do not disturb other guests at the site. Antennas etc. may not be set up, and digging on the unit site may only be done by agreement with the camp manager.

Caravans and awnings must be kept neat, clean and free of algae as far as possible. It is not permitted to wash caravans and tents with hoses from water hydrants on site.

When selling a caravan, the pitch cannot be transferred or sold without prior agreement with the camp manager.

One car per unit is allowed in the car park. Other cars must stay in the car park.

The lease is non-cancellable during the current period. No financial compensation will be given for early vacations. If a tenant terminates the lease due to breach of contract or for any other reason, none of the rent paid will be refunded. Rental at a campsite is not covered by section 18(2)(12) of the Consumer Act. The rent must be paid before the start of the season unless otherwise agreed in writing. In the event of non-payment of rent, Boeslunde Camping reserves the right to move the caravan from the campsite at the tenant's responsibility.

The unit may not be rented out to third parties. If the caravan is rented out, it must be reported at the reception. Guests must be registered as overnight guests and pay the applicable tariff. Electricity consumption is charged on the resident's own electricity meter.

It is not permitted to have a permanent residence at the campsite. During the winter period, which is from 01.11 - 28.02, the campsite may be used on weekends, public holidays and some weekdays.
